Propulsion Systems…
At Flow Custom we have re-designed the whole propulsion
system for the new Units.
The new Mast Adapter is now fully compatible with any
mast shape, easy and fast to assembly, improved
hydrodynamic efficiency and more compact.
The 3 Blade aluminum blades where exhaustive designed
for best torque and performance , a high precisioning 5
axis CNC mechanized job.
The Propeller hub, the master piece to transfer the motor
power to the blades, designed to offer the best folding
angle, including 4mm unbreakable axis with hidden head
screws to avoid water turbulences.
The Motor… looking for the best balance between weight,
efficiency and torque, this motor offer the best of 3
worlds, designed specifically from the internal winding to
the rotor.
— Élite Box —
Strong, light, versatile.
The new Elite Box is the biggest upgrade to date.
Almost a year of designing, developing and testing, and over 30
prototypes to get this piece of art…
We really want to develop a “one for all” box, with
characteristics that makes the life easy for customers and to our
technical team to offer the best post-sales service.
One Box, multiple systems… The new elite box can fit all our
battery range, from travel to the new long range.
Upgradable…Yes our new Elite box is included also at our
affordable kit “Elite Pro 444Wh”
, but you can ugrade to “Elite
Long Range” at any moment , or just have different batteries for
different moments keeping the same box.
PowerFull Core… The new electronics despite its small size have
been compacted to fit the top of the Box, offering insane power,
smoothness and efficiency.

After many, many tests, we decide that was time to go ahead with big step forward on battery
terms, and go for the latest technology available on the market, yes this is an Ultra High Voltage
(UHV) , Semisolid Lithium battery, this battery offers the best weight – capacity ratio (Wh/Kg) and
compact dimensions.

The Backpack which is not just a backpack…
We can consider our selves pioneers of waist & backpack batterymount, so after few years we are now developed our own backpack.
The center of gravity is where needs to be.
Fully reinforced , with internal waist belt for leash attachment.
Built with heavy duty material for maximum durability.
Internal fully fireproof cloth for best protection.
Buoyancy, the backpack doesn’t sinks even with the heaviest
battery installed.

Performance , made in Italy
Italy, from life synonymous of high end stuff and performance
gear, focused on the best quality materials avaible on the
market to build the best products.
To develop these new Boards and focused on the best
performance possible we start collaboration with the Leyend
@hydro_customboard .
We have taken all them knowledge and bring it into the Surf
Foil World, everything is tuned at this boards to have the best
feeling possible from the core to the Pad, easy and efforless
take offs keeping low volume boards, incredible light weight,
easy recovery touch downs, are some of the features, the
volume distribution is the next key, generous volume at the
chest area, keeping really thin volume at the tail to have the
best foil feeling ever.
